What is the general turnaround time for my project?

The turnaround time for your project depends on several factors such as quantity, data, proof approval, and scope of services. Generally you can expect a turnaround time of 3-5 days, but your CSR can provide a more accurate timeline based on your particular project.

We also offer a Rush service which can push your project through the pipeline very quickly within 1-2 days mailed. Please speak with a CSR to inquire about this service.

In most cases you can pick up your finished print jobs the same day, or have it mailed by the next.

How can I send my files to ABS?

You can send them to your customer service rep (CSR) via email, CD, thumb drive, or download. You can also upload them to your secure personal File Managercon info on this website. The File Manager is by far the best option, as CSR's can also put files in your folder to make them instantly available to you. For files containing sensitive data such as HIPAA regulated records, you can encrypt them before upload.

For large files over ~100MB you can use our FTP to transfer them to ABS. Your FTP account is linked directly to your File Manager for ease of access, your files will be available to you no matter how you send them to us.

Is my data secure when I send it to you?

Yes! This is why we do not offer public FTP sites like competitors as they are very insecure and have since been disbanded as being acceptable practices. Any company that lets your customers information be open to the world without any oversight is bad news.



Can you store my material until I’m ready to use it?

Absolutely! We have PLENTY of storage! Depending on the amount of material and the length of time that we hold your material - storage fees may or may not apply. Don't worry though - the fees are nominal and our storage area is on-site, secure and well maintained!

Do you have a price list?

ABS does not have a price list as each project is unique. Our sales and customer service staff are happy to provide prompt estimates upon request.

Can I take my mailing to the post office?

ABS does not recommend that our clients pick up their prepared mailings and deliver them to the post office. We prepare each mailing and corresponding postal documents in accordance with USPS regulations and, in most cases, submit them electronically to the post office for efficiency and cost savings. However, if you have a special request, please be sure to speak with your customer service representative.

How do I reset my password or username?

If for some reason you have lost access to the email associated with your account you can call us directly and we can reset your username of password.

I cannot access my FTP Account

Your FTP account password can be reset by emailing us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or by calling our office at 209-545-6090. Please note your FTP account and File Manager point to the same folder. If you cannot use your FTP account you can still access your file through your file manager.

Is the File Manager Secure?

Yes, in fact it is more secure than traditional ftp access because of the way it has been developed. Especially public FTP accounts where your data and companys connection information are open to the world, and very easily exploited. Using public FTP folders has been abandoned as an acceptable business practice due to the security threats they leave your network open to, not to mention the security threats to the data you are transfering.
